Lye Heng Choo – Chief Finance Officer and Executive Coach
Lye Heng supports the Company with financial projection, investment structuring, Indonesia business development and CEO coaching. He brings extensive experience in corporate financing in Asia to the team. A designated CFO for TSC based in Singapore, Lye Heng will serve as a key corporate official, guiding administration and all financial concerns.
Matthew J. Held – Vice President, Construction & Operations
Matt’s previous support for independent power producers spans power plant project siting, planning, permitting, contracting, construction and operations. A tenacious advocate for project due diligence and contract compliance, Matt brings experience with project development and construction of large complex renewable energy and combined cycle power plants. Trained by the US Naval Nuclear Power Program, he supports the Company with guidance based on 20 years of IPP experience.
Deming Chung – Strategic Financial & Investment Analyst
Presently serving in a consulting role, Deming navigates the complexities of financial modeling of solar power plants including initial investment profiles and long-term revenue projections. Prior to this engagement, he worked as Business Analyst at Barclays Capital, Singapore. Deming studied business finance with distinction at Singapore Management University.
Casey Barry – Community Relations & Security Officer
From over 20 years of experience in community relations in sensitive and confidential environments, Casey serves both internal and external customers of the Company. Casey will provide a bridge to community service organizations active in the project areas and collaborate to extend capacity building programs in partnership with USOSAC. Internally, he will implement programs that keep staff and management briefed on practices related to corporate social responsibility.
Noldy Barri – Business Development and Quality Control Manager (Indonesia)
Noldy supports the development of power plants in multiple provinces of Indonesia and facilitates quality control of completed facilities. He is ISO9000 Certifed with 20 years of experience in product development and quality control across Indonesia.
